Effective Date: April 1, 2020

Welcome to our institute. By enrolling in any of our courses, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Admission and Registration

  • 1.1. Required Documents: At the time of admission, all applicants must submit one recent photograph, a copy of a valid identity proof, and a copy of a residence proof. The institute reserves the right to verify these documents against the originals.
  • 1.2. Registration Validity: Your registration is valid for one (1) year from the date of enrollment or until your course is completed, whichever is later. During this period, you may enroll in additional courses without paying a separate registration fee.
  • 1.3. Re-registration Discount: After your initial registration period expires, you are entitled to a 50% discount on the registration fee for any new course you enroll in.

2. Fees and Payments

  • 2.1. Non-Refundable Policy: All course fees must be paid in advance and are strictly non-refundable. Once a fee is paid, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
  • 2.2. Timely Payment: Fees are due on the scheduled date. If you anticipate a delay, you must obtain prior permission from the course coordinator and confirm a new payment date (maximum 5 days extension).
  • 2.3. Late Fee: Failure to pay fees by the extended due date will result in a late fee of ₹10 per day, calculated from the original due date.
  • 2.4. Course Changes: You may change your course within the first five (5) days of starting by paying the difference in fees. After this period, a course conversion fee of ₹250 will apply. A course can only be changed to another with similar content, and longer-duration courses cannot be converted into shorter ones.

3. Attendance and Leave Policy

  • 3.1. Daily Attendance: Punctual attendance is mandatory. Students must record their attendance daily using the biometric machine. If the machine is not functional, attendance must be recorded in the “Missed Attendance” register.
  • 3.2. Unauthorized Absence:
    • If a student is absent for three (3) consecutive days without prior notice, an alert will be sent via WhatsApp/SMS.
    • If the student does not report by the fourth (4th) day, their registration will be temporarily suspended.
    • If the student fails to report within six (6) consecutive days, it will be assumed they have discontinued the course, and their registration will be permanently cancelled.
  • 3.3. Re-admission after Cancellation: To re-enroll within one month of cancellation, a fee equivalent to 50% of the course fee will be charged. After one month, the full course fee will be required. The original class timing may not be available upon re-admission.
  • 3.4. Leave Procedure:
    • For leave of up to two (2) days, please inform the institute via phone, WhatsApp, SMS, or email, mentioning your name, admission number, and class timing.
    • For leave exceeding two (2) days, a formal written leave application must be submitted.
